Liftosaur is the most customizable weightlifting app and strength training tracker and planner.
# Automate Your Strength Training
Build your own progressive overload programs or start with proven routines like GZCLP, 5/3/1, or Basic Beginner Routine. Track every workout, visualize your progress, and fully automate your training — all in one smart fitness app.
Stop guessing your next weight. Liftosaur automatically increases or decreases your weights and reps based on the logic you define. It allows to implement any possible progressive overload logic, so you can focus on lifting while the app handles the math.
Liftosaur introduces Liftoscript — a simple text language for building workouts like code.
Define exercises, sets, and logic once right in text, and the app updates it automatically after each session.
Example:
```
# Week 1
## Day 1
Bent Over Row / 2x5, 1x5+ / 95lb / progress: lp(2.5lb)
Bench Press / 2x5, 1x5+ / 45lb / progress: lp(2.5lb)
Squat / 2x5, 1x5+ / 45lb / progress: lp(5lb)
## Day 2
Chin Up / 2x5, 1x5+ / 0lb / progress: lp(2.5lb)
Overhead Press / 2x5, 1x5+ / 45lb / progress: lp(2.5lb)
Deadlift / 2x5, 1x5+ / 95lb / progress: lp(5lb)
```
This makes Liftosaur the only scriptable workout app — perfect for lifters who love structure, logic, and data.
