Exercise is the workout planner that runs your workouts for you. Build any routine with sets, reps, weights, timed holds, rests, and circuits, then train hands-free with automatic timers on iPhone and Apple Watch while every set is logged for you. No mental math, no guesswork, no watching the clock.
BUILD ANY WORKOUT
• Plan strength workouts with sets, reps, weights, and custom rests
• Add timed holds for stretching, planks, and mobility
• Build circuits and interval rounds for HIIT and Tabata training
• Describe a workout in plain English and let AI build it and recommend exercises
LET EXERCISE RUN IT
• Timers and rest countdowns start and advance automatically
• A Live Activity keeps your timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Start with Siri or Shortcuts, or jump in from a widget or Control Center
• Adjust reps, weights, or duration mid-workout without losing your place
TRAIN ON APPLE WATCH
• Run complete guided workouts from your wrist
• See the live timer in the Smart Stack and use widgets and complications
• Workouts sync automatically between iPhone and Apple Watch
• Sessions record to Apple Health and count toward your Activity rings
STAY ON TRACK
• Create recurring routines; Smart Reminders learn when you usually train
• Log every completed set, rep, and weight in a history searchable from Spotlight
• Review insights, personal records, and streaks, or export a PDF for your trainer
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account and no sign-up
• No ads and no tracking
• Your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud
