Welcome to BetaHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BetaHub platform, including the website at https://betahub.store and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Services

BetaHubis a free platform that aggregates Apple TestFlight beta apps. Users can browse, discover, and join TestFlight betas. Registered users can submit TestFlight app listings. The platform retrieves app metadata from Apple's TestFlight pages and the iTunes Search API to create listings.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Account creation requires authentication via GitHub, Google, Magic Link, or Passkey. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a TestFlight app listing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Public visibility: All submitted app information (name, description, icon, TestFlight URL, developer name, etc.) will be publicly displayed on the platform.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit or confirm during the submission process.
• Authorization:You represent that you have the right to submit the TestFlight link and associated app information. If you are not the app's developer, you acknowledge that the developer may request removal.
• License: You grant BetaHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the submitted content on the platform for the purpose of providing the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam app listings
• Submit TestFlight links that you know to be expired, revoked, or malicious
• Impersonate another developer or claim apps you did not develop
• Attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Use the Services to distribute malware or harmful content
• Circumvent any security or access controls

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA

BetaHub respects the intellectual property rights of others. App names, icons, descriptions, and screenshots displayed on the platform may be the property of their respective developers.

If you believe that content on BetaHub infringes your intellectual property rights, you may request its removal by contacting us at support@betahub.store with the subject line "[DMCA]". Please include:

• The URL of the infringing content on BetaHub
• Proof that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
• Your contact information

We will review and respond to valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. TestFlight Links & Third-Party Content

BetaHub links to Apple TestFlight invite pages and App Store listings. We do not control:

• The availability, capacity, or functionality of TestFlight betas
• The quality, safety, or behavior of third-party beta apps
• Changes Apple may make to TestFlight or the App Store

You use TestFlight links and install beta apps entirely at your own risk. BetaHub is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or issues caused by third-party beta applications.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, hide, or modify any app listing that violates these Terms, is reported as infringing, or is otherwise inappropriate. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BetaHub does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any TestFlight link will remain valid or available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetaHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to damages caused by installing third-party beta applications accessed through the platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination, submitted app listings may remain on the platform as public content unless you request their removal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
