Stacks: Offline Reader

Stacks is an offline-first reader for Substack newsletters and RSS feeds. Add the publications you follow and Stacks downloads new posts in full, including images, comments, and podcast audio, so you can read and listen anywhere with no connection: on a plane, underground, or off the grid. To get started, tap Add and paste any Substack address (for example astralcodexten.substack.com) or RSS feed URL, or enter your Substack handle to pull in publications you already follow. Then try airplane mode and see that everything still opens instantly. This beta supports free public posts only. Paid subscriber-only posts show a marker with a link to the original on Substack. The app collects no data and has no accounts of its own; see https://stacks.hruss.com/privacy. Feedback to stacks@hruss.com is very welcome, especially feeds that fail to sync, posts that render oddly in the reader, and anything that surprises you.
