Rep Your Set: Workout Buddy

Rep Your Set is a simple workout planner and tracker built around one idea: showing up counts. Choose a ready-made gym routine or build your own, then record weights, reps, sets, and cardio time and distance. See what you did last time, follow written exercise instructions, and explore your workout history and progress—including recent gains worth celebrating. Whether you’re finding your rhythm or already know your way around the gym, Rep Your Set helps you stay consistent without pressure. Even a short visit deserves credit. This beta includes: • Ready-made routines and a searchable exercise library • Custom workouts and adjustable routines • Strength and cardio logging • Optional exercise effort ratings • Calendar history, progress charts, and recent gains • “I showed up” check-ins and optional reminders • Local storage with backup and export options No account or subscription is required. Workout records stay on your iPhone unless you choose to export or share them. We’re looking for feedback on ease of use, workout logging, and anything that feels confusing or doesn’t work as expected.
