InkVault: Smart Note Search

InkVault turns handwritten notes, PDFs, lecture recordings and slides into one private, searchable library on your iPhone and iPad. NO ACCOUNT IS NEEDED There is no sign-up and no login. The app is usable the moment it opens. Everything is stored on the device. WHAT TO TEST 1. The scanner. Tap Scan, hold a notebook or any printed page under the camera, and turn the pages at a natural pace. Pages are detected, cropped and cleaned automatically — no shutter button. Before anything is saved you get a review screen where you can retake a single page, drag pages into a different order, or remove ones you don't want. Pages the app judged blurred or badly framed are flagged there with the reason. 2. Search. Type into the search field. Results name the document and page; tapping one opens that exact page with the match highlighted. 3. Reading. Open any document to read its text or view the original scan. OPTIONAL AI FEATURES Summaries, Ask AI, quizzes, flashcards and handwriting recognition need a free Google Gemini API key that the tester creates in their own Google account. It is entered in Settings under "Ask AI", where the app gives numbered instructions and a link to Google AI Studio. Scanning, reading and keyword search all work fully WITHOUT a key, so no key is required to evaluate the app. Printed pages are read by on-device text recognition and never need one.
