**Beta App Description**
Focus is the AudienceKit console in your pocket, for the people who run an audience: the venues, performers, events and conversations that make up a city's scene.
Sign in with the Facebook account you use to administer AudienceKit, choose your audience, and you can:
- See the state of your audience at a glance: people, venues, locales, upcoming events and what still needs curating.
- Add and edit people and venues, and feature performers across every locale.
- Create events at your venues, feature them, and cancel or restore them.
- Moderate chat in every locale and venue room: read the full transcript, post as Staff or as the venue, pin announcements, remove messages, clear a room, and kick or ban someone, with a reason.
Focus is the only place on mobile to moderate locale chat. Audience settings, payments and platform operations stay in the AudienceKit web console, and Settings links straight to it.
You need administrator access to an AudienceKit audience to use this beta.
**What to Test**
Sign in and switch between your audiences. Open Chat, find a busy room, and try the long-press moderation menu: remove a message, pin an announcement, kick and ban (please use a test account). Edit a venue and create an event, then check that the change shows in Hot Mess. Tell us anything that feels slow, confusing or wrong with Send Beta Feedback.
