This Pic Can Change (Chinese app name: 这图能改) is a photo and video utility for iPhone and iPad, supporting iOS 17 and later. The app interface is currently in Simplified Chinese.
This beta focuses on Video to Live Photo: import a video, select up to three seconds, choose a cover frame, quality and sound, then generate and save a Live Photo to Photos. Conversion runs on device.
The build also includes video compression, video to GIF, image compression, format conversion, and resizing. Optional AI tools require your own third-party provider configuration and API Key; the provider may charge separately.
Please use TestFlight feedback to report import, generation or saving failures, visual or audio issues, and crashes. Include your device model, iOS version and steps to reproduce.
