SmartNPS360 is a workforce management app designed for security officers and on-site employees working under an authorized organization. The app helps approved officers manage their daily work activities, including shift tracking, clock-in and clock-out, break tracking, site visit logging, and Daily Activity Report (DAR) submission. Users can sign up in the app by entering their details. After registration, the request is sent to the organization’s admin for review and approval. Account access remains restricted until the admin approves the user. Only employees hired by the organization are allowed to access the app, and external users cannot join without admin authorization. When the app is open, location may be used in the foreground for these actions. If you are on duty (clocked in / active shift), the app may also collect and upload live location in the background. Background tracking requires your consent and Always location permission on iOS. This supports duty verification and live tracking while you are on duty. Location is not collected in the background when you are off duty, logged out, or when no shift is active.
