ROA - De la fermă la furculiță

1. PURPOSE AND AUDIENCE ROA is a pre-order app for local farmers' markets in Romania. Vetted local producers publish what they will bring to a market day; buyers order in advance and collect at an agreed pickup point, paying the producer in cash there. Without pre-orders, producers guess how much to harvest and buyers arrive to sold-out stalls. Audience: adults (18+) in Romanian cities who buy food directly from producers. 2. ACCESS AND MAIN FEATURES Sign in with the demo account in App Review Information using the email form (not "Continue with Google"). No setup needed: the account already belongs to a community, so Home shows its producers and products. Reachable: Home and search, producer pages, product pages, basket, orders, Profil (account details, notifications, deletion). Please do not send an order: orders reach real producers who would prepare goods for a pickup that will not happen. Everything up to the basket can be reviewed without ordering. No paid features or in-app purchases: physical goods are paid in cash to the producer at pickup, outside the app (3.1.5(a)). No purchase, subscription or payment links exist in the app. 3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT, REPORTING, MODERATION Only producers invited and vetted by a community administrator publish content (stall name and description, products, prices, photos). Buyers cannot post content or message anyone; there are no public profiles or feeds. Reporting (in the recording): a flag button in every producer page header and a link at the end of the page open a report sheet with reason, description, and who will see it. Order details have the same sheet for handover problems. Reports reach the community administrator, who is notified in the app, can contact both sides, and can suspend a producer or remove a member. Blocking does not apply: there is no user-to-user contact. 4. EXTERNAL SERVICES Supabase (EU, Frankfurt): database, authentication, file storage. Expo/EAS: over-the-air updates, push delivery, anonymous usage and performance metrics. Sentry (EU): crash reports tagged with a pseudonymous account id. Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple: authentication. Resend: transactional email. Firebase Cloud Messaging: Android push only. Cloudflare: legal page hosting. No payment processor, ad network, AI service or data provider. The app does not track users across apps or websites and does not request the advertising identifier. 5. REGIONAL DIFFERENCES None. Same features and content everywhere, no geo-gating; the app does not read device location. The interface is Romanian only and the communities are in Romania, so the app is offered in European markets. 6. REGULATED INDUSTRY / THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL ROA is not in a regulated industry (not medical, financial, gambling or news) and handles no payments. It connects buyers with local food producers; the sale is between them, and each producer is responsible for their own authorisations and food-safety obligations under Romanian law, as our terms state. We hold no protected third-party material: producer texts and photos are created by producers, who grant us display rights under section 7 of our terms (https://codeconstruct.ro/roa/legal#termeni).
