Locket is a private ledger for your menstrual cycle. Every entry is encrypted on your phone with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, using a random key that is generated on your device and kept in the iOS Keychain. If encryption cannot run, Locket refuses to run. In other words, it never stores your data unprotected. Log Your Cycle Record flow, symptoms, mood, basal body temperature, and notes in a fast daily log, and see your estimated next period and current cycle phase at a glance. Bring Your History With You Import from Apple Health, other apps, or a spreadsheet you keep yourself. Imports are preview-first: you see exactly what will be added before anything is saved, everything is encrypted on save, and one tap undoes the whole import. Reminders, If You Want Them Optional daily log and upcoming-period reminders, scheduled on your device from your own estimates. They are off until you turn them on, and no reminder data leaves your phone. Read-only Apple Health If you connect Apple Health, Locket can only read the categories you approve in the iOS permission sheet. It never writes to Apple Health, and it never reads in the background. Your Data Stays Yours - No account and no sign-up. Locket works entirely on your device. - No ads and no analytics. Anonymized crash reports are the only diagnostics that leave your phone — never your health data. - Export a password-protected, encrypted backup file and restore it on a new phone with that password. Without the password, the file stays sealed. - Erase All My Data wipes your ledger and destroys the encryption key on the spot.
